Delivery

We will always endeavour to deliver products to you within 7 days from the receipt of your order. Planet Barbecue imported products will usually be dispatched within 24 hours by  first class recorded mail. Other couriers may be used depending on the product size and weight. A contact telephone number supplied with your order will aid transportation and delivery. Delivery price refers to the UK mainland only, others on request and by quotation.

You can also order from anywhere Worldwide for gifts to be delivered in Europe. Gift wrapped free on request.

Heavy Items.

Please note: some larger items may be delivered on a pallet due to the weight of the product and to aid a safe delivery. Due to health and safety reasons and the couriers terms and conditions of delivery some heavy items may be delivered to the front of the property and it will be the responsibility of the consumer to arrange the final position of the goods.  

Postage and Packing UK Mainland.

Postage and Packing is free with all orders over £300.

A Postage and Packing fee of £2.90 for orders up to £9.49

A Postage and Packing fee of £4.90  for orders between £9.50 and up to £19.99

A Postage and Packing fee of £7.90  for orders between £20.00 and up to £299.99

Multiple purchases will not attract a postage and packing fee of more than £6.90.

International Deliveries Outside Europe.

We will always endeavour to deliver products to you within 5 to 10 days from the receipt of your order. Planet Barbecue cannot guarantee 5 day delivery on international orders. We always use first class airmail unless otherwise instructed.

All International deliveries up to 2 Kg Only including packaging. Delivery by Air, 5 to 10 Day.

Supplement Only £3.00 Per Parcel.

We always use first class airmail wherever possible. Large / heavy items will be despatched by land / sea currier on a 3 to 4 day delivery tariff.

Supplement Only £10.00 Per Parcel.

Zone B: By Interlink DPD recorded 3 day delivery.

Austria, Czhech Republic, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Supplement Only £16.00 Per Parcel.

All orders despached within 24 hours.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your purchase, if for any reason you are not, return the item within 7 days in its original packaging and in a good resalable condition. If unable to return the item within 7 days then we must be notified in writing within 7 days of delivery. A charge may be levied for the collection of such goods.

The consumer is fully responsible for the goods to be returned, until a collection is made.

Cancellations

It may be necessary to charge the consumer for the carriage of the item if it has already been despatched.

Modification and Colour of Products

Planet Barbecue can not be held responsible for  slight changes in colour or modification of products due to manufacturers uninformed improvements to design and production techniques.

Damaged

We will take every reasonable precaution to ensure a safe delivery. If it does occur and a product is delivered damaged then it is normal policy that we will replace any damaged part. Please notify immediately of any such goods. If the product is beyond part replacement, then the whole item will be replaced.

Guarantee

All products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date or purchase. Due to the nature of the products, some discolouration may occur during and after use.

Operation and Safe use of  Products.

The consumer must read fully the assembly and operation instructions supplied before use. Planet Barbecue may offer guidance but the manufacturers instructions and guidance are paramount.

In the unlikely event that things do go wrong please contact Planet Barbecue immediately by email or telephone, we will aim to rectify any problems as soon as possible.

Privacy Policy

Under no circumstances will Planet Barbecue pass on, sell or distribute any information collected at the point of sale to 3rd party's.

Your name and address will be kept on file for future reference to enable us to email you to notify of a sale, competition or new product which we believe may be of interest to you. This contact by email only will not exceed twice per annum.

You will be removed from our database on your instruction by returning  any email received by you from Planet Barbecue with a "No" typed in the reply.

If you wish to be removed immediately, please email www.sales@planetbarbecue.co.uk stating  "remove data".

Payments by Telephone:

No credit , debit card or other payment method details will be stored in any format by Planet Barbecue.

Your privacy is important to us and any request regarding your privacy will be dealt with promptly.
